Cold Mountain Vue May 2007
I've been trying a few things in Vue 6, trying to get the hang of the new features and quirks. This is the first full-size piece I've rendered with it. It's got close to 4 billion polygons (not the most efficient of scenes...), and took only half an hour to render. And, apart from blurring the eagle and converting it to JPG, it hasn't been touched by Photoshop. Vue 6 now has a bunch of post-processing features that let me fix all those tiresome colour issues right there in the program.
I really need to try something without using the pre-packaged models that come with Vue. Though I did change that awful red texture on the blimp.
Working resolution: 1024 x 576
